What is the difference between easy and hard? “The juice is worth the squeeze.” Not everything that is easy in life is the right thing, sometimes you have to work harder for what is right . F’s are easy A’s are hard. It's easy to get F’s rather than A’s, but if you worked harder and get A’s you could get a better education and get into a collage, while if you get F’s you are more likely to not get into a good collage. “The juice is worth the squeeze.” Can help me in my student and adult life, because it reminds me that not everything in life is going to be easy but if I try hard enough I can make it happen, also it shows me that the easy way isn't always the right way. Take F’s are easy A’s are hard as an example, I could not do my homework and go through school the easy way and get F’s but that would also mean me not being able to go to college and get a degree in what I want to do and have to go to a job that I dislike. But if I work hard and do all my homework and study for test and get all A’s I could go to a good college and get a degree in a job that I like to do. This assignment helped me learn more about the terms. It helped me learn more about each term, because I had to learn more and more about each term to be able to write a catchy saying.
If I could change one thing about this project I would change how some of the question were worded and make them have less questions in each term. I would do this, because for my group it was harder for us to think of quotes for our posters when there were one than one question in each term. I think this assignment would prepare me for the test, because some of the posters had catchy sayings that would be easy to remember. Also it would prepare me for the test because I came up with the quotes so I would be able to remember them easier than if you just gave me the word and definition. Should the FBI be able to hack into iPhones? The FBI should be able to hack into some iPhones.
The FBI wants Apple to help them by hacking into their brand of iPhones. According to Whitt Flora’s article, PRO: Apple's refusal to cooperate with the FBI was the right thing to do “The FBI wanted Apple to write new software to unlock Syed Farook's iPhone. Last December, Farook and his wife killed 14 people in a mass shooting in San Bernardino. Because of the privacy features of the iPhone, the FBI could not search Farook's phone for information about the attack without Apple's help.” Apple should have helped the FBI hack into Syed Farook’s iPhone. If Apple helped the FBI hack into Farook’s phone the FBI could have caught him, and his wife quicker than they did. With the use of Apple helping hack into IPhones we not only could have caught Farook faster, but also more criminals. With the advantage of being able to hack into iPhones we could find out more about where killers, rapists, drug dealers, etc. are, and be able to take these people off the streets. This advantage could save many lives. Apple is protecting people's privacy rights, and the value of their brand. According to Randall G. Holcombe article, Real Issue Is a Backdoor Attack on Our Rights, “Americans have the right to possess information without having to share it with the government. And Apple has the right to provide products that help Americans protect this right.” “I have seen arguments that Apple refused to unlock the phone for business reasons, to protect the value of its brand.” Apple is stating that there just protecting the people's rights, that is stated in the 12 Amendment. Would people rather have this right protected and the FBI possibly not be able to hack into iPhones and let criminals get away, or would they want Apple to help the FBI and keep your children safe and your family in a more safer community where you don't have to worry about what the criminal is going to do next. If Apple really wanted to help the people they should have helped the FBI get Farook off the street. Apple is also stating that they want to keep the value of their brand. If anything, more parents would want to buy Apple phones for their kids, so that if anything ever did happen to them Apple and the FBI could hack into his/her or the criminals phone and possibly find out where or what happened to them. The FBI didn't want Apple to hack into any phone because they wanted to, they were wanting to save the lives of some American. According to Real Issue Is A Backdoor Attack On Our Rights “This case was about more than the threat of a backdoor way to access our phones, it was about the real danger we face from a backdoor attack on our rights.” The FBI didn't want Apple to hack into just any phone, for their benefit. The FBI had a probable cause and wanted to help keep the people safe and get Farook and his wife off the street before they hurt another person. Apple thought they were protecting people's rights that are stated in the 12 amendment, but the FBI was trying to save innocent people's lives. Since Apple wouldn't help the FBI, the FBI had to figure out how to hack into phones themselves. What if the FBI couldn't figure it out, more innocent lives could have been killed. The FBI should be able to hack into some iPhones. The FBI wants to work with Apple to hack into iPhones. Apple won't help the FBI, because they state there protecting the people's rights and the value of their brand. The FBI don't want to hack into just any phone, they wanted to hack into a criminal’s phone to save some people's lives. ACES Pre-writing Boxes
