Currently I'm in 8th grade and my GPA point average for the first nine weeks was a 3.7. I enjoy being around and helping little kids, but I would rather be around newborns than toddlers. My interest have led me to my number one career choice. I want to be a neoteric nurse.
I will become a neoteric nurse by working harder in school, and taking it more seriously. I will study more to get my GPA grade up, and try and get into a great college to get the best degrees in nursing. According to “How to Become a Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist - Study.com” it says I should “Step 1: Earn a Bachelor's Degree in Nursing. Step 2: Obtain State Licensure as a Registered Nurse. Step 3: Get Experience in Critical Care Nursing. Step 4: Earn a Master's Degree in Nurse Anesthesia. Step 5: Become a Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist. Step 6: Gain Experience.” I would have to work harder and take school more seriously because in step 1 it says to get a bachelor's degree. Which would be 4 years at a college or university if I become a RN, or if I went into a RN-to-BSN program which is geared specifically for RNs who have an associate's degree or nursing diploma. This path usually takes about two to three years. This relates to having to take school more seriously and working harder because if I want to graduate from college and get my bachelors degree I am going to have to start working hard now. If I want to go to a good nursing college, I am going to have to have a good GPA, which takes a lot of hard work and good grades. In order for me to be a great neotropical nurse I am going to have to learn how to handle babies, and care for their needs. According to “Newborn care and safety” It shows the many things that a mother should ask the nurse about, “Handling a newborn, including supporting your baby's neck, changing your baby's diaper, bathing your baby, dressing your baby, swaddling your baby, feeding and burping your baby, cleaning the umbilical cord, caring for a healing circumcision, using a bulb syringe to clear your baby's nasal passages, taking a newborn's temperature, and tips for soothing your baby.” If want to be a good neoteric nurse, I’m going to have to learn how to do many things. I would have to learn all the best things for caring for a child, for my own work ability and to show the parents how to do all these things. Neoteric nurse is a job that will take me to many different places. According to “OhioMeansJobs” there is 4,830 job openings a year, Currently Employed is 129,550, you need a Bachelor's degree, and you make $61,280 a year. There are many different job areas in the nursing degree, so there would be many chances to move up or switch jobs. I do believe in my life time that I will work as a nurse all the way up to retirement. I will become a neoteric nurse by working harder in school, and taking it more seriously. In order for me to be a great neoteric nurse I am going to have to learn how to handle babies, and care for their needs. Neoteric nursing is a job that will take me to many different places. When I grow up, I want to be a neoteric nurse.
